Karman Sports is one of the foremost Sports Consultancies and Academy based organisations personally overseen by Ricky Karman himself. It comprises of many levels of sport attributions all based upon excellence and encompasses the very young to the more senior and disability sports all of whom have differing sports needs, and all of whom have different abilities and requirements.

Whether it's young children entering sports for the first time at a competitive level or just recreation this is all taken into consideration. Similarly the management of those who see sport as an enjoyable fitness structure or as a healthy social platform or indeed are looking for that competitive edge to turn pro, no one will go away without that personal tutelage ensuring that their needs will be taken care of.

The vastness and mystery of sports is brought to a simplistic conclusion, where individuals, parents, organisations and societies and commercial concerns can feel confident that their desires and aims are taken care of and that communication between all is of paramount importance in going forward professionally. Ricky is an accredited UKCC Coach in Athletics, Badminton, Football and has delivered several Coach Education Courses, Sports leadership training at coach education events, conferences, schools, colleges and Sports Academies in the UK. He possesses very strong transferable coaching skills across several other sports.

Ricky’s approach is underpinned by his knowledge in the area of integrating key learning skills within the context of play. His simple and plain coaching language and the implementation of learning through fun and early onset for leadership opportunities have given his clients and athletes a clear and defined two way relationship.
